1 lb. Frozen Haddock, Cod or Perch or any other very light whitefish
2 Cups Water
1 tbsp. Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1-1/2 tbsp. Seafood Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Salt

Bring water, vinegar and dry ingredients to a boil. Add frozen fish and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and Simmer for 20 minutes. To serve, dip in melted butter as real lobster.
