homemade liquid laundry detergent and front loading washing machines

has anyone tried the homemade liquid laundry detergent
in a front loading washing machine?

I would like to try the recipe but, would like
some input from someone who has tried it.

I wonder if it gets clumpy after awhile and
would get stuck in the dispenser.
