Some of my favorites:

Meatball soup (Mexican style, made with turkey meatballs, chix broth,
onions, peppers, tomatoes, throw in some salsa)

Kielbasa soup (shredded cabbage, carrots, celery and lowfat kielbasa
slices-that's polish sausage, try Hillshire Farms or Healthy
Choice brands)

Minestrone soup (all the usual veggies, garbonzo beans, etc; instead of
pasta, add Italian turkey sausage) Remember to sprinkle the parmesan
cheese on top!...; )


Navy Bean or Split Pea Soup (use the recipe on the bag of dried beans;
make sure you add some chopped meat, such as Canadian bacon or "turkey
ham" to even out the carbs. Also, subtract the fiber from the carbs!)

Oriental Egg Drop Soup-(get some chix broth to boiling, add beaten egg
with a fork to form strings, add a little soy sauce to taste and top
with sliced green onions; can also add some cubed firm tofu, sliced
water chestnuts, mushrooms, etc.)

Cream of Chicken Soup-Take a can or two of Campbell's cream of chicken
soup, add water as directed, then add your own cubed breast of chicken
to make it more zoneful and heat thru;also good when other veggies are
added, such as green beans.
