1 lb. mozzarella cut into 1/2 x 3-inch sticks
1/4 C. flour
2 eggs beaten
1/3 C. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
mixed with 1/3 C. Parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil

Dredge cheese sticks in flour. Dip in eggs and then in bread crumb cheese mixture. In large saucepan with oil at approximately 360 degrees, quickly fry cheese sticks in small batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce of choice.
