Ok I can't stand it anymore...the waiting. I am posting my Grandmother's
Sour Cream Coffee Cake... Michelle, is the same? Grams always made it in
a 13x9 pan, but you could make it in a tube pan instead.

Walnut Sour Cream Coffee Cake

topping:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
sugar

cake:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups flour
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

In small bowl combine walnuts, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar. Heat oven to
350. Grease 13x9 pan. In large bowl, beat butter with 2/3 cup sugar until
fluffy. Mix add dry ingredients in another small bowl. Add eggs and
vanilla to sugar butter mixture. Alternate adding dry ingredients with

sour cream. Spread half in pan, top with cinnamon, sugar, walnut mixture.
Top with rest of batter. Bake for 25 to 30 min or until toothpick comes
out clean.

This is GREAT stuff. My sister in law called me from Japan to get the
recipe. It is good!
