5 cupsWhole Wheat Flour
2 cupsOat Bran or Quick Oats
5 cupsUnbleached Flour
3 tsp.Cinnamon
1 tsp.Nutmeg
6 tsp.Baking Powder
2 tsp.Baking Soda

To Make 18 Muffins
3 cups Basic Muffin Mix (See Recipe Above)
1/2 cup Oil (Canola, Olive or Better Butter)
1/2 to 1 cup Sweetener (Sucanat, Honey, Maple Syrup, or your favorite)
1 cup Fruit or Vegetable Puree(Pineapple, Apple, Carrot, Zucchini, Sweet Potato, Banana, Berries, Apple Sauce or your favorite imagination)
1/2 to 1 cup Liquid as needed for texture (Skim Milk, Rice Milk, Soy Milk, Juice or Yogurt)
1to 2 Egg(s)
1/2 to 1 cup Nuts, Raisins, Seeds or other Dried Fruit

Combine all ingredients. Do not overmix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
