This is a great recipie to use up that extra can of cranberry sauce, yum and It
can easily be low fat with FF dressing and a lean cut of beef



Crockpot Cranberry Roast
Serves 6

1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce
1/3 cup French salad dressing
1 onion, sliced
3 pounds beef roast (or you can use pork or
chicken even)


In a medium bowl, combine the cranberry sauce,
salad
dressing and onion. Place meat in a slow
cooker and cover with
the sauce mixture.

Cook on High setting for 4 hours, or on Low
setting for
8 hours.

VEGETARIANS: You can make this too--use canned
white beans (3-15 oz.)
and enjoy the flavor!
