Cranberry-orange Biscuits in a Bag

3 cups self-rising flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins)

1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted and cooled completely

4 teaspoons dried grated orange peel

Measure the items carefully into a pretty cellophane bag or layer in a jar.

Attach a Gift Tag with the Following Instructions:

Empty contents of bag/jar into medium bowl. Stir in 1 cup whipping cream and 1/2
cup milk until dough forms. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet coated

with cooking spray. Sprinkle with granulated or coarse sugar, if desired. Bake
at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
