Heidelberg Soup

Ingredients:

5 medium potatoes, diced

3 medium onions, diced

5 cups water

1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

2 cans cream of celery soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 pound Velveeta cheese

Instructions :
In 5 cups of water, cook onions and potatoes until tender. Add frozen mixed

vegetables, cook until hot. Add soup and Velveeta cheese. Stir until
cheese melts.
