1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Italian Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon McCormick®
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip each chicken
breast in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to evenly coat.
2. Place chicken on a baking sheet or jelly-roll pan. Bake in 375°F
