BANANAS PART TWO
Something else I just thought of...... If you have berrys of any kind,
they make a good addition.
And if you want a more plesant looking color, add a few drops of red food
color, not enough to stain your plastic that you freeze it in, but just a
drop or two to make it a pinkish color maybe.......... kids can be picky
about colors of foods and this is one great summer treat for them and a
great way to get them to eat fruit.

One of my favorites is bannans, peaches (or necterines) in a blender
smooth, with just enough orange juicce to keep it moving, then freez and
like ice cream. No fat, no sugar, 100% natural ice cream...... with all
the vitamins ice cream lacks.
