Crockpot French Dip Roast
This is so easy and delicious!!
2-3 lb bottom round or rump roast(preferably boneless)
1 cup white wine or water(or beef broth)
1 packet of Au Jus Gravy mix
1/8 tsp garlic pepper
1 large onion, thinly sliced
Place onion in bottom of crockpot. Trim excess fat from roast and place on top of onions. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over roast.
Cook on low 10-12 hours. Serve thinly sliced with onions on toasted rolls. I like it with mozzerella cheese melted over the meat. Serve au jus on the side for dipping.
