Pork Chops ~ Pork-Fried Rice
Prepare in your favorite recipe and cook one extra, but save it for the next recipe.
Pork Fried Rice
Cut reserved pork chop in tiny cubes. Chop one small onion. Add 1 tbs oil to large skillet or wok and heat. Add pork and onion. Stir constantly until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes. Add 1 cup uncooked rice and stir until rice starts to brown. Remove from heat and gradually add 2 cups water while stirring. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Add 1/4 cup water, stir, cover, and cook until done...about 20 minutes. Can add chopped veggies if desired or serve with a veggie on the side.
