    Default dryer aids

I have heard if you put a dry towel in the dryer it will cut the drying
time. I also read this hint.

I personally like to hang clothing outside, and in the winter, I do as
much as possible. However, I do use the dryer for socks, underwear and
towels. Of course, you can reduce the amount of drying time by keeping
the filter clean, but I keep two thirsty beach towels in my dryer. It
    redistributes the
wetness for quicker time. I can typically cut drying time 40- 50% by
using the towels. Do it at home or the laundromat, and remind college

    students! It saves money!
