boullion, granules, and soup bases???
Can anyone tell me if a crushed boullion cube is equivalent to the granular kind? Also what exactly is soup base and what is its equivalent?

One teaspoon is equivalent to one large boullion cube.
Soup base is just the base ingredient of stock for your soup, like a veggie base, chix, or beef. It's your main flavor of your soup. You can use stock, boullion, etc to get a base, or if its a chowder- cream & butter.
