Sweet and Spicy meatballs
Ingredients:
1 large bag or several small bags frozen meatballs
1 jar apricot preserves
1 jar salsa (mild or hot, whichever you prefer)
Directions:
Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray and pour in all the meatballs. In a bowl, whisk together the apricot preserves and salsa. Pour over the meatballs and cover. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
I used to make this for covered dish parties and people would rave over them!

This sounds really yummy! I'm actually thinking about making this as dinner one night. Do you have any suggestions for side dishes that would go with it?

I probably would make rice and then some kind of green veggie. Let me know how you like it! I always get raves when I bring these meatballs to a potluck.
