I am looking for a recipe for a specific fruit cake. The very elderly woman who gave me the recipe has since passed, and I would love to have the recipe (I lost it). It was a white fruit cake, had very few fruits (dried cherries, dried apricots, and nuts if I remember correctly - maybe a few more, but not a big variety, and definitely no raisins). It was baked in a bundt or angel food cake pan, then wrapped in cheesecloth, which was covered with apricot brandy, then wrapped in foil. This was kept in the fridge for a while, adding more brandy if the cheesecloth became dry. Please let me know if you have the recipe, this was my favorite holiday recipe.
