    Default Shopping for internet provider

Hi all! Just wondered if anyone has thoughts about a good internet provider who is less expensive that mine (bellsouth). I am thinking about peoplepc or others that advertise .95 per month. Does anyone know anything about these or even how I could research this? Thanks!!

I don't know of any decent ones, but I do know that you should definetly stay AWAY from Hughesnet. Their service is absolutely horrible!!

I'm not sure if it's available in your area, but here in Michigan we have an internet provider which is called Dial in free. It's absolutley free and it is just as good as net zero, aol, peoplepc.com and any of the others. It is free to anyone in Michigan. You may want to check to see if it is available other places. All you do is get one of the free trial cds and get online then type in Dial in free internet service. If its available just down load it and then cancel the other internet service. I have had it now for 4 months and love it. I still use Yahoo as my home page and email.........Blessings, Marcy
