    Default Dump: Chicken A La Antoinette

    4-6 boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbs. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cups mushrooms, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushrooms soup
    1 cup red wine or beer
    1 pinch oregano
    1 pinch basil
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch pepper


    Saute onions and mushrooms in oil. Add chicken. Combine remaining
    ingredients and pour over chicken mixture. Slow cook on stove top
    for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or place in slow cooker and cook on low for 8
    hours. Serve over rice or pasta.
