      South African Garam Masala

      1 oz. ground coriander
      2 oz. ground cumin
      1/2 oz. ground cloves
      1/2 oz. ground cayenne pepper
      1/2 oz. ground cinnamon


      Toast spices for 12-15 on dry cookie sheet in 250F oven. seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
