1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 Tbs. Cornstarch
Combine all the ingredients into a small zip close baggie or a small jar. This recipe makes enough for 1 mix.
To Use: Mix the seasoning packet with 1/4 c. Very cold water until fully dissolved, just prior to adding to stir fry. If you'd like a more "Asian" flare to your stir fry, add 1 Tbs of Soy Sauce as well.
