      Gomasio Seasoning Mix

      This is a common Oriental seasoning often found in Korea.


      4 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted (until they begin to color)
      1 teaspoon salt

      Place in coffee grinder or blender and powderize.


      Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum
      seal bag (or jar) or spice jar.
