      Cajun Blackened Spice Mix #2
      1 tbsp Paprika
      2 1/2 tsp Salt
      1 tsp Onion powder
      1 tsp Garlic powder
      1 tsp Cayenne pepper
      3/4 tsp White pepper
      3/4 tsp Black pepper
      1/2 tsp Thyme
      1/2 tsp Oregano
      1/4 tsp Sage


      Combine dry spices and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar). Measure
      all into a ziploc bag, seal & shake to combine. Pour into a spice jar or bottle. Makes a Lovely Gift.
