      African Stew Curry Powder Seasoning Mix


      6 Ounces Cumin
      3 Ounces Black pepper
      1 Ounce Turmeric
      1 Ounce Cloves
      1 Ounce Cinnamon


      Grind dry spices to a fine powder and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).


      To use: sprinkle on Stew Meat (2 tsp per lb)
