Apple Cider Syrup
The following Content was Provided by www.Budget101.com "Digging yourself out of debt, when all you have is a spoon"
1/2 C. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. apple juice
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. margarine
Place first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Add both juices and continue cooking over med heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the margarine until melted.
Serve in a covered syrup pitcher.
