      2 c. Confectioners Sugar
      1 tsp Vanilla extract

In a large bowl combine cake mixes, oil and eggs until well mixed. Using a cookie scoop, drop the dough into balls about 2 " apart on a cookie sheet. Flatten each dough ball. Bake for 12 minutes in a 325 oven that has been preheated.

While the cookies are baking, in a large bowl combine the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla. If you'd like you can cut a pure vanilla bean in half and scrape the seeds out and add this in place of the vanilla extract.
