MYO Oven Baked Fries

 
Wash & cut into desired lengths, cover w/ cold water & let stand 30 minutes. Drain & pat dry. Dip prepared potatoes in melted butter, bacon fat or melted shortening, sprinkle with salt & pepper or any desired spices. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Turn occasionally. Yum.
