Combine the following in a bowl, blending well
and then pour into a jar:
2/3 cup cornstarch 2/3 cup tapioca flour 1 1/2 cups potato starch flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Attach a Tag: In a Bowl, cream the following together:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening Then add: 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 egg yolks Carefully blend in the Cookie Mix. Roll out dough (dust table with GF flour first!) and cut cookies with you favorite cookie cutters. Sprinkle the tops generously with sugar. Bake at 375F for 8 minutes.
