For the Mix:
1 Cup Rice
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
Combine all in a ziploc or vacuum seal bag, seal & shake to combine.(For a Jar gift, layer in a small jar.
To make the Rice:
2 Cups Water
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min. |
