Layer the following in a large Jar:

2 c Rice, uncooked

1/2 c Raisins

1/3 c Walnuts, chopped

1/4 c Onions, dried

2 tb Salt

1 tb Curry powder

1 tb Sugar

2 ts Paprika

1 1/2 ts Dill weed

1 t Dry mustard

1 t Coriander, ground

1 t Garlic powder

1/2 ts Cardamom, ground

Attach Tag/ Directions:

Pour 10 c. water in crockpot, add 1 jar mix. Cook on medium heat until rice is cooked.

Stir in 2 c shredded cooked chicken or cooked peeled

shrimp; cook until heated through.

Serve with Hot Corn Muffins.
