2 Tbs. dry mustard
2 Tbs. grated orange peel, dried
1 1/2 Tbs. allspice
1 1/2 Tbs. nutmeg
1 1/2 Tbs. ginger
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. cayenne


Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
