1 Cup coriander
1 Cup dry red chiles
1/4 Cup turmeric
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon cumin
1 Teaspoon mustard seeds
2 Teaspoons bengal gram dhal
1 Teaspoon black gram dhal
1 Teaspoon green gram dhal
1 Teaspoon fenugreek
Grind dry spices to a fine powder and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal
bag (or jar).
To use: sprinkle on cooking vegetables (2 tsp per lb)
