3/4 Lb Cumin
1/2 Lb Fennel
1/4 Lb Dry red chiles
1 Sm Piece cinnamon
8 Cloves
1 Tb Peppercorns


Grind dry spices to a fine powder and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).


To use: sprinkle on fish (2 tsp per lb)
