 Beer Batter Mix

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Measure all ingredients into a ziploc bag, seal and shake.

To Use:
Pour 1 can of Beer and 1 mix recipe into a bowl, mixing well.
Dip Vegetables: Zucchini, eggplant, onion rings, etc. Or use to batter fish or fruit.
