28 ounce can crushed tomatoes in puree
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 T. Italian Seasonings blend

Combine ingredients in a saucepan, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce will keep about a week in the fridge (covered) or for many months vacuum sealed until needed.
