Almost Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

1/2 C. Hershey's Baking Cocoa
1 C. Sugar
1 C. water
Dash of salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute (no longer). Remove from heat, cools & add vanilla. Store in tightly capped bottle.
This mix is thinner than the kind you buy in the store & mixes so much easier!
