1 oz. unsweetened baker's chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 pkgs. Equal - do not use the spoonable kind
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 oz. almonds
Melt butter and chocolate together, mix well. Add in vanilla, heavy
cream, and sugar substitute, mix until smooth. Add in coconut and
almonds; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a plate. Chill for at least
an hour before eating so you can pick them up.
Chocolate Covered Pecans
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
7 packages artificial sweetener
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Put pecans, 2 pkgs. equal, and cinnamon in a bowl with a lid and shake
until coated.
Melt chocolate and butter, add in cream, vanilla, and the rest of the
Equal. Mix well until smooth. Mix in pecans or dip them one at a time
in the chocolate mixture, place pecans on wax paper or a plate and
chill.
