1 cup apple juice
2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon margarine
1 3/4 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes or 6 packets Equal® sweetener or 1/4 cup Equal® Spoonful™
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine apple juice and cornstarch in small saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat.
Stir in margarine, Equal® maple flavoring and vanilla. Serve over pancakes, waffles, or French toast.
