1 Egg
2 c Quick mix
3/4 c Finely Chopped Apple
1/3 c Sugar
2/3 c Milk
2 tsp Oil; vegetable
2 ts Cinnamon; ground
Preheat oven to 400F.
Blend all and pour into greased muffin tins.
