• Spring Ramen Salad

    1 package chicken sesame ramen noodles
    1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/6 cup salad oil
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 cup red
    and/or green seedless grapes, cut in half
    1/2 cup red/ and or green apple, diced
    1/4 cup pineapple, diced
    1 1/2 tablespoons chives or green onion, diced
    4 ounces smoked turkey breast, cut in strips
    1/8 cup walnut pieces

    What to do:

    Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Rinse with
    cold water. Add sesame oil, (from Ramen package) and refrigerate.
    Fore dressing combine lemon juice, salad oil, seasoning packet and
    sugar. Combine noodles, grapes, chives and turkey. Mix with
    dressing and walnuts.
