• Ramen Noodle Broccoli Slaw

    Ramen Noodle Broccoli Slaw is a very popular recipe for picnics and potlucks. It's a great cold side dish accompaniment to any grilled meat or chicken.

    1 pkg Ramen noodles
    1 c. Broccoli Slaw
    2 c. green onions, sliced
    1 c. Broccoli florets
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 pkg slivered almonds

    Seasoning:
    1/2 c. Sugar
    1/2 c. Cider Vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil

    pull out flavor packet from one chicken ramen noodle package and crush the noodles up.
    add to one broccoli slaw mix,2 cups of sliced green onions,1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup sunflower seeds and 1/2 package silvered almonds. in a lidded jar combine 1/2 cup sugar,1/2 cup cider vinegar and 1/2 cup olive oil. shake and toss with slaw mixture.
