Dandelion Ramen

Ok. It's near the end of the month. You have no money and you're hungry. Go out to your backyard: Dandelion greens are tough and bitter, but the flower buds ( the small unopened dandelion flower) are sweet and edible, with a saffron like flavor.
Pick as many as you can find, clean them as you would
a strawberry, picking off only the green bud itself. Stir-fry these briefly in cooking oil with any seasoning you fancy- add diced onion, if you have some.
Serve piping hot over any flavor cooked, seasoned & drained Ramen noodles.
