• Chili Chicken Ramen Noodles

    A spicy blend of chicken, peppers and seasonings create this delicious Chili Chicken Ramen dish.

    You'll Need:

    1 pack Ramen noodles chicken flavor
    2 chicken breasts
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 red onion
    1 jalapeno, diced (optional)
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    olive oil
    salt & pepper to taste
    cilantro for garnish

    Directions:

    Cut chicken, onion, and green & red bell peppers into strips. Saute onion in olive oil in skillet until its soft and transparent. Add chicken strips cook till it is thoroughly cooked, add red & green bell peppers & jalapeno (optional) cook for 2-3 minutes . Add soy sauce & lightly season with salt & pepper.

    Meanwhile, in a separate pot cook Ramen noodles as per directions on package. Mix with the chicken & bell pepper mixture. garnish with cilantro.
