• Chicken Oriental Ramen Salad

    1 package any flavor ramen noodles
    4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
    1/2 head lettuce, broken or shredded
    3-6 green onions, sliced
    1 cup blanched slivered almonds
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1/4 tablespoon vinegar
    1/2 cup oil
    3 teaspoons seasoned salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    3 tablespoons sugar

    Cook noodles for 1 minute and drain. Roast almonds in oven until
    lightly browned. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with
    other ingredients except lettuce. Add lettuce just before serving.
