Juice from 4 Limes - About 1/3 C.
1/4 C. Vegetable Oil
2 Tblsp. Asian Chili Sauce - Called Sriracha and found in Asian food aaisle
2 Tblsp. Honey
1 Tblsp. Lime Zest (Finely Grated Lime Peel)
1 Head of Romaine Lettuce - Chopped
1 Package of Ramen Noodles - Broken into bits
Optional: Chicken Breast or Steak - Grilled or Fried
Juice limes and add vegetable oil, chili sauce, soy sauce and honey to a bowl. Whisk ingredients together until combined. Pour dressing over the chopped Romain lettuce. Sprinkle the Ramen Noodles over the salad and toss.
Add steak or chicken to salad to make it a meal.
