    Bake-it-all-mix

    2 cup Vegetable shortening
    9 cup All-purpose flour -- sifted
    1 tbsp Salt
    1/4 cup Double acting baking Powder*
    Blend all ingredients thoroughly store in tightly covered container. To prevent bugs, freeze for 24 hours. Use in recipes calling for Quick mix/ Bisquick.

      I use this mix for everything! I only bake in the winter so I make 1/2 a batch at a time. Still, since it is fall - may have to do the whole thing!

      Thanks for sharing! I have seen many recipes that calls for Bisquick mix and that is something that I just don't buy often.
