Don't be nervous. Remember, they can't see you. They don't know who you are. You never have to speak to them again!

For food companies I say, "Hi. I'm a customer & I was just wondering if there was any way to receive coupons and recipes by mail?"

For other companies I say, "Hi. I'm a customer & I was just wondering if there was any way to receive coupons and samples by mail?"

Again, don't be nervous! Remember, there's a whole bunch of loot out there for you if you'll just call & ask!

OK ladies! Today was another MOTHERLOAD!!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Here's what I got today:

10.) Bertolli (Unilever products) - 1 coupon each for: Lipton, Ragu, Bertolli, Country Crock, Skippy, Hellmann's, Dove Beauty, Vaseline, Degree, Dove Skin, Suave & Caress

12.) Campbell's - 1 coupon for $2 off any Pace, Campbell's, Pepperidge Farm, Swanson, V8, or Prego product, 3 coupons for $1 off any Pace, Campbell's, Pepperidge Farm, Swanson, V8, or Prego product, a set of 5 Swanson recipe cards

17.) Welch's - 3 coupons for 50 cents off any product, a flyer with 9 recipes

19.) Del Monte - 3 coupons for 50 cents off any canned food, snack cup or ketchup, 1 recipe book with 21 recipes

25.) Karo Syrup - 1 coupon for 50 cents off any 16 oz bottle, a set of 4 recipe cards

31.) Classico Pasta Sauce (Heinz Products) - 2 coupons for 50 cents off ketchup, 2 coupons for 50 cents off Classico Sauce, 2 coupons for 50 cents off any Ore-Ida product, 1 cute little recipe booklet with 31 recipes, 1 Ore-Ida recipe book with 58 recipes

33.) Tyson - 8 coupons for 50 cents off any chicken, steak chops or bacon product

34.) TGI Friday's Appetizers (Heinz) - 3 coupons for 55 cents off any TGI Friday's frozen snack item

44.) GSK - 2 coupons for $2.50 off any 30 ct Breathe Right Strips, 2 coupons for $1 off any Sensodyne toothpaste, 1 coupon for $5 off NicoDerm

So, that was the load today! WooHoo! Oh, and by the way, the only coupons that said "DO NOT DOUBLE" were the 3 Welch's coupons!

OK ladies, only one thing from the list today, but still, they sent me a lot!

11.) Dole - (This was an automated system for receiving recipes. When I left the message, I asked for coupons & a recipe assortment. I wasn't sure if they'd send coupons, but they did! WooHoo!) Here's what I got:
1 coupon for 35 cents off pineapple juice,
1 coupon for 35 cents off raisins, dates or prunes,
2 coupons for 50 cents off any 2 canns of fruit,
2 coupons for 55 cents off any fruit bowls or fruit parfaits.
(Unfortunately, the coupons say "Do Not Double." But these are still great coupons! )

Also,
1 recipe brochure called "Classic Pineapple Recipes" which includes 15 recipes,
1 recipe brochure called "Cooking Light" which includes 14 recipes,
1 recipe brochure called "Be the Ultimate Backyard Kahuna" which includes 6 recipes,
1 recipe brochure called "Classic Vegetables" which includes 9 recipes,
1 food safety brochure with safety info & 1 recipe,
1 salad brochure with info on how they package their bagged salads & "salad history,"
1 brochure called "Salad Greens & More" with info on how to store different salad greens, cabbages, onions, etc. Also contains 2 recipes for oil-free salad dressing recipes

Okey Dokey Ladies, another day of coupons! Whoo Hoo!

Quaker - 1 coupon for $1 off any Quaker, Cap'n Crunch, Life, Near East, Aunt Jemima, Mother's, Pasta Roni or Rice-A-Roni product, 1 recipe brochure called "Our Most Requested Oatmeal Recipes" containing 6 recipes, 1 recipe brochure called " Our Favorite No-Bake Cookie Recipes" containing 7 recipes, 1 recipe card entitled "Prize-Winning Meatloaf"

8.) Uncle Ben's - (This was an automated system, so I wasn't sure if anything would come) 1 coupon for $1 off any rice product, 1 recipe brochure called "Most Requested Recipes" containing 5 recipes, 1 recipe brochure called "Holiday Recipes Suggestions from our Consumer Care Staff" containing 5 recipes

28.) Nutella - (This again was an automated system, so I wasn't sure what they'd send.) They sent 2 coupons each for 1 free jar of Nutella Spread! Whoo Hoo!!

43.) Reckitt Benckiser - (Lysol, Spray-n-Wash, Woolite, etc.) - 2 coupons each for 50 cents off any of their products
