1/2 cup grits
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, chopped
Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
Bring water to boil and slowly stir in grits and salt. Cook until done. about 3 mins for quick grits and 15 minutes for regular
Cool to room temperature first before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
