1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 pound liver for dogs OR 1 Can Drained Tuna for Cats
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Press into a greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 325 degrees F until a wooden pick comes out clean. Cut into treat sizes.
