1 1/2 cups ripe mashed bananas
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup applesauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend all together, drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, press each one down with the bottom of a glass to flatten
